    Your feedback or complaint can be submitted via the customer service form on the left. To do so, please pick “Feedback” as “Your concern” and provide us with the affected product, your company, name, phone number and email address.

    The complaint process takes a maximum of four weeks. If your complaint cannot be resolved within two weeks, which is rarely the case, you will always receive an interim response.
